First of all there will be discovery call where we will discuss about the company, the role and the recruitment process
Once we decide to start working on the recruitment project, we will have another call or we will meet (I prefer face to face meetings when possible) to calibrate the profile of the candidate based onyour input and market structure
Once the profile is defined, the search is initiated, using the existing network and all available tools and channels

We will define the timeline (usually between 45 - 90 days) and the steps of the recruitment process on your side (how many interviews, how many people involved, how quick the recruitment process will advance)

The recruitment fee is calculated as a percentage (no less than 15%) of the yearly gross income of the employed candidate, based on the complexity of the role, timeline and general requirements. Fees are to be considered +VAT for invoicing to Romanian companies and with 0 VAT for companies outside Romania who qualify for 0 VAT invoicing.

A retainer of 30% of the estimated value of the recruitment project is to be applied at the very start of the contract.
The difference is to be invoiced once the selected candidate accepts in writing the binding employment offer.

Usually the guarantee for an employed candidate is 3 months.

Yes, for some projects I do work with a team of carefully chosen collaborators. Whether I will exclusively work on the recruitment project or I will work together with one or several collaborators will be communicated at the very beginning of the project.
